Is flexiDesk only a hosted desktop?
No. flexiDesk can include hosted desktops, hosted applications, managed local computers and hybrid working models. The working experience can change while Thintech keeps the operating, security and support standards consistent.
Is everything included in the GBP 75 price?
No fixed boundary should be assumed before discovery. The current guidance is from GBP 75 per user per month, subject to user requirements, applications, licensing and migration scope.
Can Thintech act as our IT department?
That is the commercial intent of the service. Thintech coordinates users, devices, hosted infrastructure, applications, Microsoft 365, suppliers, security, backup and service desk responsibilities through one accountable operating model.
